Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid engagements with Nodefabric Path: Earnings Reaction Briefings, Pre-Season Positioning Reviews, Single-Name Reaction Notes, and Post-Season Portfolio Debriefs. It does not cover products we do not sell (software licences, physical goods, or brokerage).

Booking deposit

When a briefing calendar is confirmed, we invoice a deposit stated in the engagement letter (typically 40% of the quoted fee). The deposit reserves analyst capacity for the named ticker and window.

Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund of amounts paid if:

• We cancel the engagement for capacity or coverage reasons and cannot offer a suitable alternative date; or
• You cancel in writing more than 10 business days before the first scheduled deliverable (pre-print memo date or session date, whichever is earlier), and no substantive work has started.

Partial refunds

Cancellations between 10 and 3 business days before the first deliverable may receive a partial refund of up to 50% of amounts paid, less work already performed (for example, draft pre-print research). Cancellations inside 3 business days are generally non-refundable once preparation has begun.

Non-refundable items

• Work already delivered (memos, notes, completed sessions)
• Time already spent preparing a pre-print memo after you confirmed the calendar
• Third-party transcript or data fees expressly itemised and incurred with your approval

Rescheduling

You may request one reschedule without penalty if notice is given at least 5 business days before the first deliverable and the new earnings date still falls within our coverage capacity. Later reschedules may require a new deposit or an adjusted fee if calendar density has changed.

No-shows

If you miss a scheduled walkthrough without notice, the session portion is charged as delivered. Written components already sent remain billable. We may offer one courtesy rebooking at our discretion.

Work already started

Once a pre-print memo is in active preparation, fees reflect progress. If a company postpones its print after we have started, we will propose a revised calendar; deposits remain applied to the revised window unless you cancel under the timelines above.

Refund process and timing

Email refund requests to [email protected] with your engagement reference, ticker, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times may add several days.

Method

Refunds are issued in THB to the account or card used for payment, unless we agree in writing to another method.
